WhiteCross was formed in 1986 by Rex Carroll and Scott Wenzel and was undoubtedly the premier Christian rock or Christian heavy metal band of the 80's. Whitecross released their debut self-titled CD "Whitecross" on Pure Metal in 1987. Songs like Enough is Enough, Who Will You Follow, and the popular guitar solos added to every album by Rex Carroll would bring life to the fast growing scene of Christian Rock and Christian Heavy Metal.
